Ayisha is an MPhil in Agricultural Economics student and a bachelor’s degree holder in Social Sciences from the University of Cape Coast. She finished as the best graduating social science student in her department and is currently an alumna of the Camfed-MasterCard Foundation Scholars program. She holds the position of deputy chairperson for CAMA-Twifo.
Ayisha served on the MasterCard Foundation UCC chapter committee and worked with the Rotaract Club of UCC, Empowered Youth Foundation, Millennium Fellowship, YES-GH Youth Leaders for Social Change, Soles of Hope, and Youth Female Influencers as a member. Currently, she serves as an advocate for Youth Advocate Ghana.
She is a certified climate change activist by the Hillary Oxford School of Climate Change and a member of McKingtorch Africa and the Ghana Youth Climate Council. She worked with Twifo Oil Palm Plantation, ABEPAFIE, as an administrator and researcher. Ayisha currently serves as a campus ambassador for EduSpot.
Ayisha is a co-founder and marketing lead for JAASGROW Company Ltd., which specializes in the production of a product with a dual-purpose mechanism that acts as a fertilizer and pesticide. She and her team at JAASGROW Limited Company won $30,000 and are currently KIC fellows for the 2022-year group.
