He specializes in waste-to-resource solutions, circular economy practices, and sustainability strategies, with a strong focus on designing business models that turn waste into valuable products such as compost, briquettes, and recycled materials. With over seven years of experience in waste management and resource recovery, Bubu brings expertise in project design, technical writing, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency.
At Jekora Ventures, his work drives the company’s shift from traditional waste collection to recovery-centered services that reduce landfill volumes and create environmental and economic value. He collaborates with regulators, development partners, and communities to co-design innovative green service pilots while also mentoring staff and clients on safe waste management and circular practices. Passionate about service, safety and sustainability, Bubu believes in combining innovation with practicality to build solutions that are not only environmentally sound, but also socially inclusive and economically viable. Outside of work, he enjoys reading and exploring natural reserves.
