With years of hands-on and strategic experience, Doreen has worked across various agro- ecological zones, developing sustainable and innovative water management solutions that enhance agricultural productivity and resilience. As a firm believer in the power of the youths to transform the agricultural sector, Doreen is deeply committed to Agri-youth development. She works to empower the next generation of farmers, by fostering the adoption of technology-driven and, climate-resilient farming practices that are key to ensuring the long term success of agriculture globally. Currently, Doreen contributes her expertise as the Business Development lead of the Irrigation unit of Interplast Limited. Interplast LTD is the largest plastic pipe manufacturer in West Africa, with over five decades of expertise in delivering sustainable infrastructure solutions.
