Dr. Kwaku Antwi is an Agricultural Economist with many years of experience in the agricultural sector in Ghana and Africa. He is a member of the Policy Technical working group of the CAADPXP4 Consortium. He coordinates the AIRTEA Project which is being implemented in Rwanda, Uganda, and Kenya by FARA and its partners. He further coordinates the StEPPFoS Project which brings together 16 academic, research, farmers’ groups, private sector, and policy institutions in Europe and Africa. He also manages the RMRN (Agroecology) Project which is being implemented by FARA and RUFORUM. Prior to joining FARA, he worked for Ghana’s Ministry of Food and Agriculture where he contributed significantly to the development of the Food and Agricultural Development Policy for the government of Ghana. He holds a PhD in Agricultural Economics from Texas Tech University, USA. He has published widely in peer reviewed journals.
