Esther Kyerewaa Twumasi is a co-founder of the Chamber of Women in Agribusiness Ghana (CHAWA), where she passionately champions female entrepreneurship in agriculture. With a Master’s Degree in Communication and International Marketing and a Bachelor’s in Public Relations and Journalism, Esther’s career is dedicated to empowering women in agribusiness and cultivating new female leaders in Ghana.
Her journey into agriculture is unique—beginning as the 2nd Runner-Up in Ghana’s Most Beautiful pageant 2016. Esther harnessed this platform to launch the Miss Agriculture Ghana Project, merging beauty pageantry with agribusiness to inspire young women. She also founded the CHICK4CHICKS Initiative, building capacity for women in poultry farming. Her work is a testament to her commitment to excellence and her skills in empowering women across the agricultural sector. Esther placed first in the Agric in Ghana Essay Competition.
