Kwabena Owusu-Sarfo is a Portfolio Manager at Wangara Green Ventures, where he oversees investments in climate-focused businesses, including those in renewable energy, e-mobility, eco-manufacturing, water treatment, and climate-smart agriculture. He manages Technical Assistance programs and supports the Fund’s annual impact report.
With over 10 years of experience in consulting, financial advisory, capital markets, and impact investing across sub-Saharan Africa, Kwabena has advised clients in diverse sectors such as transport, telecommunications, banking, oil & gas, agribusiness, FMCG, manufacturing, and infrastructure. His work spans both developing and advanced economies, including Ethiopia, Ghana, Zambia, Papua New Guinea, Australia, and the UK.
Before Wangara, Kwabena was an Experienced Financial Analyst at Deloitte West Africa, consulting for major institutions like the World Bank and Huawei. He holds an MBA with honors from Coventry University and a Bachelor of Business from Bond University.
