Lucy Afari is a chocolate artisan and a food value additon enthusiast in Ghana. She is the CEO and Co-Founder of Flexy Foods, producers of Kamini Authentic Ghanaian Chocolate, Flexy Yoghurt and Flexy Roasted Cashewnuts.
Lucy started this family business in 2017 as a result of she identifying opportunities in value additon to local food crops and cocoa sectors of Ghana.
Currently, she leads a team of artisans to produce Kamini Authentic Ghanaian Chocolates, Flexy Yoghurt and Roasted Cashewnuts.
